INGREDIENTS:
1 box (200g) salad macaroni 1 medium size onion
¼ kilo ground meat 3 pieces garlic
½ cup corn oil Pepper
2 small tomatoes Salt
3 eggs
DIRECTION
Boil macaroni and drain. Crush garlic, chop onion and tomato. Sauté garlic in 1/ cup cooking oil then add onion and tomatoes. Add meat, salt and pepper. Pour macaroni and mix. Remove from fire. Beat eggs and mix all. Put remaining oil in frying pan. Get exact size banana leaves to fit frying fan and pour ingredients cook until done. Use a big plate to remove omelet and over with banana leaves before covering with another plate. This will make it easy for you to put back in the frying pan. Cook until brown. Serve with tomato sauce.
