DOTA or Defense of the Ancients is a custom scenario for Warcraft III: The Frozen Throne, based on the "Aeon of Strife" map for StarCraft. The scenario’s main goal is to destroy opponents’ heavy guarded structures. Secret tactics and strategies are utilized to the unit known as heroes and AI-controlled army known as “creeps”. The natures of the game are to level up the heroes, to earn gold and buy equipments and to destroy opponent’s base. Many of my neighborhood friends are hooked to this game. Try this and be the next DOTA master.
At last school year has come to its near end, same with assignments, projects, quizzes, exams and night-long studies. Summer time once again! It is the time to relax and chill, time to be with our families and friends. Most well-known spots for this season are beaches, pools, resorts, malls, party clubs and other recreational areas. I am planning to visit a place far from the neighborhood I lived. A place where I can chill, relax and do my morning ritual, “the morning glory and the coconut wine”. So plan your summer trip, enjoy and never miss another episode of your life.
Summer time is coming. Before you leave your home sweet home, create a medical history form that includes the following information:

Nipa houses are popular in Southeast Asian countries not only because countries in Southern are tropical, and the fact that coconut trees and other woods are abundant but also because of the way of living in the country. Natives from the country

People may think that when one lives in a Nipa, you do not have enough money to spend for your mansion-like homes or perhaps just a home built with bricks and cement. They think such because obviously, you do not have to spend much for the materials needed instead you just make use of the nipa leaves. Well, I personally believe that whether you live in such houses, mansion like or just a nipa all that just matters is how you design your houses, how you live with it, and above all, how you make your houses a HOME.

One twenty-five year old Fulla Nayak, a resident of Kanarpur village in the coastal district of Kendrapada, Orissa died of old age. She said the reason of her living for so long is smoking Ganja and drinking wine made out of Palm Leaves. She also was a heavy tea drinker. According to her 72-year-old grandson, Fulla was 125. But as per a voter photo identity card issued by the government in 1995 she was 120 years. The grand old woman lived in a small mud-walled thatched house in Kanarpur, about 25 km from the district headquarters. She is survived by two of her four daughters and around two dozen relatives. Her eldest daughter, Jamuna, 92, lives in the same village. Her husband died at the age of 50. Fulla was in the news when her grandson Narayan Nayak claimed last week that she could be the oldest woman living in the world. He had said that he would write to the Guinness book authorities to record the claim. She had never suffered any debilitating ailment throughout her life. Except for her weak eyesight, Fulla maintained good health and used to walk without support.

Now the Lord spoke to Moses and Aaron, saying to them, "Speak to the children of Israel, saying, 'These are the animals which you may eat among all the animals that are on the earth: Among the animals, whatever divides the hoof, having cloven hooves and chewing the cud; that you may eat. Nevertheless these you shall not eat among those that chew the cud or those that have cloven hooves: the camel, because it chews the cud but does not have cloven hooves, is unclean to you; the rock hyrax, because it chews the cud but does not have cloven hooves, is unclean to you; the hare, because it chews the cud but does not have cloven hooves, is unclean to you; and the swine, though it divides the hoof, having cloven hooves, yet does not chew the cud, is unclean to you. Their flesh you shall not eat, and their carcasses you shall not touch. They are unclean to you.'"
a. Among the animals, whatever divides the hoof, having cloven hooves and chewing the cud; that you may eat: The rule was simple. If an animal had a divided hoof (not a single hoof as a horse has), and chewed its cud, it could be eaten.
b. These you shall not eat among those that chew the cud or those that have cloven hooves: For example, the camel, the rock hyrax, and the hare all chew the cud, but do not have divided hooves - instead, they have paws - they are considered unkosher.
c. And the swine, though it divides the hoof, having cloven hooves, yet does not chew the cud, is unclean to you: Additionally, the swine has a divided hoof, but it does not chew the cud - so it is considered unkosher.
i. “It is now known that the pig is the intermediate host for several parasitic organisms, some of which can result in tapeworm infestation. One of these worms, the Taenia solium, grows to about 2.5 m in length, and is found in poorly cooked pork.” (Harrison)
d. Their flesh you shall not eat, and their carcasses you shall not touch: If an animal was considered unclean, one obviously could not eat it. Yet additionally, one could not touch an unclean animal, whether living or dead.
i. God was not making up new rules for Israel. Noah knew about clean and unclean animals (Genesis 7:2, 8:20). God simply codified what was already in the traditions of Israel.
Ital food is derived from the word "vital food" (Self-determination of the black race resulted in the Rastafarians usage of the word 'I" to replace the first letter of many words). Ital food means it is natural, pure and clean food. For a Rastafarian it means no salt, no chemicals, no flesh, no blood, no whites (called whiteblood), no alcohol, no cigarettes and no drugs (herbs are not considered drugs).
Rastafarians avoid salt, oil and meat. Their dietary laws are similar to the laws followed by Jews in Leviticus 11. Fish must be less than a foot long. No shell fish or fish without scales. Pork is especially condemned amongst Rastafarians. It is so important to not put the wrong thing in your body that some Rastafarians never cook in aluminum pots as it is said to leave traces of metal in the food that can get in your body. Cooking in a clay pot is popular among Rastafarians.
Rastafarians see their food as a way to be one with nature and also as medicine for the body, as it builds your "strucha" (Patois or the word structure). There are also strict hygienic laws that Rastafarians follow.

ITAL SWEET POTATO PUDDING
Ingredients:
1lb 8ozs to 1lb 14ozs sweet potato (I used 1lb 14ozs in this Pudding)
3 cups coconut milk
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp ground ginger
½ tsp grated nutmeg
1 ½tsp vanilla essence
1 to 1 ¼4 cup brown sugar
2 cups soaked raisins (I have mine soaked in Sherry for over 5 years now. I top it off with more Raisins, Prunes and Sherry every time it gets too low in the bottle.)
½ - 1 cup flour (More or less flour will make it firmer or less so I used half a cup)
5ozs Beet Root or Carrots (optional)
Method
Puree sweet potato and coconut milk in blender
Pour mixture into a bowl
Dice beet root
Add all the ingreidents to the bowl. Mix and pour into a well greased 8" or 10" round tin
(vegetable shortening to grease the tin)
Bake at 350F for 1 ½ hours then 300F for 25 mins
Remove from the oven immediately.
Best eaten the next day or at least 5 hours after cooking.
The pudding sets as it cools.
